This privacy policy ("Policy") describes how Mobile Application Developer ("Mobile Application Developer", "we", "us" or "our") collects, protects and uses the personally identifiable information ("Personal Information") you ("User", "you" or "your") may provide in the Je&Ri Adventure mobile application and any of its products or services (collectively, "Mobile Application" or "Services").
It also describes the choices available to you regarding our use of your Personal Information and how you can access and update this information. This Policy does not apply to the practices of companies that we do not own or control, or to individuals that we do not employ or manage.

After the retention period expires, Personal Information shall be deleted. Therefore, the rights of access, erasure, rectification, and data portability cannot be enforced after the expiration of the retention period.

We do not knowingly collect any Personal Information from children under the age of 18. If you are under 18, please do not submit any Personal Information through our Mobile Application and Services. If you believe a child has provided Personal Information to us, please contact us.

Our Mobile Application may contain links to third-party apps; we are not responsible for their privacy practices. We recommend reading their privacy statements.

We implement reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards to protect Personal Information. However, Internet transmission cannot be guaranteed 100% secure.

If we become aware of a security incident or unauthorized disclosure, we will take appropriate measures, including investigation, reporting, and notifying affected individuals where required, and we will cooperate with authorities.
15. Subscriptions
Once you have installed the App, you can select a subscription. Unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, the subscription will automatically renew.

A free trial may be offered. Unless cancelled before it ends, the regular subscription fee will be charged automatically after the trial.
15.2 Transactions
All transactions are handled via the store from which you downloaded the App (App Store / Google Play).
15.3 Google Play
You may cancel at any time before the end of the billing period. Payments for the current period are generally non-refundable unless provided otherwise by Google’s refund policy.
15.4 iOS
Cancellation of the current period is not possible during its term. Manage auto-renewal in your iTunes account settings.
16. Changes and amendments
We may update this Policy from time to time. For material changes we will notify you by email or other suitable means. Continued use of the App constitutes your consent to the updated Policy.
17. Acceptance of this policy
By using the App, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to this Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
