End User License Agreement (EULA)

This End User License Agreement (“Agreement”) is a legal contract between you (“User”) and the developer of the Je&Ri Adventure mobile application (“Developer”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). By installing, accessing, or using the Je&Ri Adventure application (“App”), you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement.

1. License to Use

The Developer grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with this Agreement.

2. Subscription

The App offers auto-renewable subscriptions:

Subscription Title: Je&Ri Adventure Premium
Subscription Length: Monthly / Yearly (as selected by the user)
Price: Displayed in the App in your local currency
Renewal: Automatically renews unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
Free Trial: May be offered; after it ends, the subscription fee will be charged unless canceled.

3. Cancellation and Management

Subscriptions can be managed through your App Store account (iTunes or Google Play). Canceling during an active period may result in loss of access without refund.

4. Ownership and Restrictions

The App is protected by copyright. You may not copy, modify, distribute, decompile, or create derivative works without explicit permission.

5. Disclaimer of Liability

The App is provided “as is.” The Developer is not liable for any direct or indirect damages resulting from the use of the App.

6. Privacy

By using the App, you agree to the Privacy Policy available in the Privacy Policy section.

7. Changes to the Agreement

The Developer reserves the right to modify this Agreement at any time. You will be notified of changes via the App or email.
